Customer Account Terms

§ 1 Scope

(1) These terms apply to creating and using a customer account in the online shop 21rebel.store, in the version valid at the time of registration. Purchases are governed by our Terms of Service.

(2) A customer is any natural or legal person who creates a customer account.

(3) We will inform you of changes to these terms at least four weeks before they take effect. A change only applies to you if you agree to it. If you do not agree, we may terminate the account with two weeks' notice. We will tell you about the individual changes and what happens if you do not agree. Your consent and the four-week notice are not needed if a change is required by law, by a binding court decision or by an order of an authority, or if the change does not put you at a disadvantage.

§ 3 Creating a customer account

(1) To create a customer account, click the account icon next to the shopping cart, enter your email address and confirm. We will send you a one-time code by email. It is valid for a limited time and can only be used once. Entering the code completes the registration, and the contract for the customer account is concluded. You then have access to your account straight away.

(2) By registering, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and, if you register on behalf of a legal person, that you are authorised to represent it.

§ 4 Storage of the contract text

We store the text of these terms. You can view them in our shop at any time and print or save them with your browser.

§ 5 Term and deletion of the customer account

(1) The contract runs for an indefinite period.

(2) You can have your customer account deleted at any time by writing to 21rebel.store@pm.me. Orders you have already placed are not affected. Once the account is deleted, you no longer have access to it.

(3) We may terminate the contract with two weeks' notice. The right to terminate for good cause remains unaffected.

§ 6 Data protection

How we process your personal data in connection with the customer account is explained in our Privacy Policy.

§ 7 Final provisions

(1) The law of Georgia applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

(2) For consumers in the EU, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive them of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which they have their habitual residence (Art. 6(2) Rome I Regulation).

(3) These terms are available in English and German. The English version is binding; the German version is a convenience translation.
