§ 1 Scope of application

For all orders placed by private customers via the online store, the following General Terms and Conditions ("GTC") apply in the version valid at the time the order is placed.
These GTC exclusively regulate the legal relationship between us and private customers. Private customers are consumers.
Regulations deviating from or supplementing these GTC shall only become part of the contract if expressly confirmed by us.

§ 3 Conclusion of contract, storage of the contract text

Our offers are non-binding. Place items in cart, correct entries, submit binding order via checkout. Confirmation e-mail follows receipt. Contract concluded upon our acceptance (e-mail) or payment processing. Contract text stored and sent by e-mail; viewable in store.

§ 4 Pricing

Prices in EUR (final, incl. Georgian VAT if applicable). Exclude customs/import fees (customer's responsibility). Shipping separate (checkout display).

§ 5 Payment methods

Currently available: PayPal, Bitcoin. Further methods (e.g. credit card) upon bank approval. We reserve right to limit options. Fees borne by customer.

§ 6 Delivery conditions

Worldwide (excl. prohibited areas). Times/costs per checkout. No PO boxes. See Shipping Policy.

§ 7 Transfer of risk in case of shipment, default of acceptance

Risk to carrier upon handover. Default: immediate risk transfer.

§ 8 Retention of title

Property reserved until full payment.

§ 9 Gift vouchers

Redeemable online within 4 years. Non-refundable.

§ 10 Warranty

Statutory rights per customer's residence law.

§ 11 Liability

Unlimited for intent/gross negligence/health damage. Limited for negligence to foreseeable damages.

EU: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Georgia: GCCA (gcca.gov.ge). No binding participation obligation.
