How can I pay?
You can pay with Lightning or on-chain bitcoin, whichever you prefer. Both work for every product in the shop. PayPal is available as well.
Why does every price end in .21?
Because it is priced to the last sat. Twenty-one million is the only number that matters here, and it ends up in the price tag too.
When will my order arrive?
Every piece is made once you order it, so production takes 2 to 5 business days after payment. Shipping comes on top and depends on where you are. The current estimates per region are in our shipping policy.
For larger orders, more complex production or peak times such as Christmas, production and delivery can take longer than stated. We do not promise a guaranteed delivery date.
Where is my order produced and shipped from?
Our production partners sit at several locations so the way to you stays short. We produce on demand and ship directly to you, there is no warehouse in between.
Will I be charged customs fees?
Inside the EU and EEA, no. Your order is produced and shipped from within the EU, so the price at checkout is the final price.
Outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes can apply. They are set by the responsible authority, not by us. Details are in the shipping policy.
My package has not arrived. What should I do?
These steps usually get you there faster than writing to us:
- Open the tracking link from one of our order emails and read the log.
- Check the shipping confirmation for a typo in the address.
- Ask your local post office whether the package is waiting there.
- Ask your neighbours whether it was left with them.
If the address is right and the package is neither with a neighbour nor at the post office, write to 21rebel.store@pm.me with your order number. If the shipping address turns out to be wrong, we can send a replacement, but the shipping is at your expense.
How do I find the right size?
Every apparel product page has a size chart in the accordion below the buy button, with the measurements for that exact blank.
One thing worth knowing: our sizes correspond to a smaller size in the US market. If you order from the US, go one size up.
Can I request a different colour or design?
Ask. Write to 21rebel.store@pm.me with what you have in mind and we will make you an offer that fits.
What does my purchase fund?
10 % of the Einundzwanzig line goes to the movement. Revenue from the Zeus Supporter collection goes straight to the developers building Bitcoin and Lightning. You wear it, they build it.
Can I return an item?
Yes. As a consumer in the EU you have a statutory right of withdrawal. The exact conditions, deadlines and the withdrawal form are in our refund policy.
