 Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Areas

We ship our products to the following countries and regions:

North America: Canada, Mexico, United States

South America: Brazil, Chile, Guyana, Colombia, Paraguay, Peru, Suriname, Uruguay, Venezuela

Oceania: New Zealand

Deliveries to all other countries and regions are currently not possible. This includes in particular Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East.

Note: If your country cannot be selected at checkout, we unfortunately cannot offer delivery there at this time.

2. Production and Processing Times

Since many of our products (especially clothing) are made “Print-on-Demand” (made to order) for you to avoid overproduction and protect the environment, we first need time for manufacturing.

  • Production time: 2 to 5 business days after receipt of full payment.

As soon as your item is finished and handed over to the shipping provider, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email, usually with a tracking number (tracking link).

3. Shipping Times

The pure shipping times (after completion of production) depend on the delivery address. The following times are estimated guidelines:

  • North America (USA, Canada, Mexico): 5 to 10 business days

  • South America: 7 to 14 business days

  • New Zealand: 10 to 14 business days

Note: Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

4. Shipping Costs

The exact shipping costs will be calculated and clearly displayed to you in the shopping cart and at checkout before you complete your order. They depend on the weight of the ordered items, the shipping destination, and the selected shipping method.

5. Customs, Import Duties, and Taxes

For customers in North America, South America, and New Zealand: For deliveries to these countries, additional customs duties, taxes (e.g., import sales tax, value-added tax), and fees may apply. These are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs and must be paid by you as the buyer directly to the responsible customs or tax authorities or to the delivering shipping provider upon import.

Customs regulations vary greatly from country to country. We recommend that you inform yourself in advance at your local customs office about possible fees.

6. Delivery Problems and Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure that the delivery address you provide is correct and complete. We assume no liability for packages that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address (e.g., missing house number, wrong postal code).

Costs for returns to us or for reshipping resulting from incorrect address entry or failure to collect the package from a parcel shop are to be borne by the buyer.

Note: We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
