Right of Withdrawal & Withdrawal Form

Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following conditions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.

A. Cancellation Policy (Right of Withdrawal)

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will not incur any fees for this reimbursement.

Special note for Bitcoin payments: For payments made with Bitcoin, the refund is issued in Euros (EUR) to a bank account specified by you, or in Bitcoin for the exact Euro equivalent of the original purchase price on the day of purchase. Bitcoin exchange-rate fluctuations after the purchase date are neither at your expense nor at ours.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earliest.

You must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for: the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised (e.g. items with a name/text or a design you provide); the supply of goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly; the supply of sealed goods unsuitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons and unsealed after delivery.

Note: Standard catalogue items produced print-on-demand from our existing designs are not considered "personalised" and therefore retain the full 14-day right of withdrawal. The exclusion applies only where you individualise a product (e.g. your own text, name or artwork).
